Excessive weight gain and loss, pregnancy, genetic predispositions may lead to a decrease in abdominal tension, sagging and folding. Although exercise and diet provide some recovery, it is usually not possible to return to the former state.
How is the surgery performed?
An incision is made in the groin area, which can be hidden under a swimsuit. Excess skin-subcutaneous tissue is collected here, and sometimes it may be necessary to re-make the belly button.
It may be necessary to stay in the hospital for 1-3 days. You could get back to work in usually up to 15 days. It is normal to have pain for up to 1 week.
